Attorney Fees
Listed below are our visa and green card legal fees and the fees for for filing with USCIS applications. All fees include preparation of application, filing, and response to any RFEs.

An O-1A is an O-1 Visa for anyone in the fields of Business, Education, Science, or Athletics. An O-1B Visa is an O-1 Visa for anyone in the field of Arts. If you're not sure where you fall, just ask.
Filing Fees
These fees are paid directly to USCIS upon filing.

| Premium Processing | $2500 |
Premium Processing guarentees a return decision within two weeks, and the $2500 is in addition to the $460 filing fee.
New Client RFE Response Fee
If you did not file your original application with us, and recieved an RFE, the Attorney Fee is between $500-$5000 depending on how much work is needed to reach approval. Send a dropbox link or a google document link to gouers.law@gmail.com with a copy of your RFE and Original Filing for our opinion on your chances of approval and a cost quote.
